We had economy double room with breakfast. It was elegant and included a refrigerator, a personal safe, and central heating.

This hotel was set in a very central area short walk to historical centre/shops, and luxurious boutiques, coffee shops, mcdonalds, apple store, fnac and of course the famous la rambla. I booked huge double room here with a balcony overlooking the piazza, a hair dryer, a balcony.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not good, and the bathroom was dark.

A nice size and brand-new room. the rooms with nice decor. Very helpful and fantastic friendly staff. Absolutely perfect location in a well-lit area. Just next door to Barcelona and Capri and the water and luxurious boutiques, coffee shops, McDonald's, Apple Store, Fnac, and of course the famous La Rambla.

Definitely the very friendly and accommodating staff. Great rooms for the price and truly central- midway between the university area and the palace. My room had direct view of the plaza.

There is construction going on directly below to finish up the sidewalk/plaza area, but if you are getting up early anyway to take in Napoli, then it shouldn't be much of a bother. Do note that street traffic and noise is common during the day and early eve. Additionally, a couple of rooms are far from the wifi hub, but you can take your laptop to the reception/dining area, but truly the hotel could easily address this issue.

I had a fantastic stay at the Bovio Suite. The hotel is housed in a beautiful period building with high ceilings and large windows, giving it an elegant charm. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location couldn't have been better, as it was within walking distance of major attractions such as Piazza Plebiscito and the Old City. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with great recommendations for exploring the city. Despite being situated on a busy street, I didn't experience any major noise issues during my stay. I had a wonderful experience at the Bovio Suite and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the port and major sites. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, and staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple but nice, making it a good start to the day.

The hotel is very hard to find and the street noise may affect your sleep.
